Sunset or sunrise
I often wondered
Till I realised
Whatever comes
Must go back
Thought, word, deed
Are part of the whole
Circle of
Cause and effect
I watch myself
Above all
Settling down
To enjoy my cuppa
It is only
Buddha and me
In the now
Covid is here today
Will be
Gone tomorrow
Sunrise of hope
Sunset of gratitude
Is to be
My only attitude
I wonder no more
